Hur många dagar kör du i rad innan du tar en vilodag från att springa?
Jag kör normalt cirka 3 eller 4 dagar i rad innan jag tar en vilodag.
Avsmalnande råd för en början halvmaratonlöpare? Är det nödvändigt?
Jag tror att det är nödvändigt. Om det är ditt allra första halvmaraton tror jag att hålla mig till vilken avsmalnande träningsplan du använder antyder är den allra bästa idén. Avsmalnande i ett halvmaraton eller annat långt avstånd är vanligtvis direkt korrelerat med längden och intensiteten på träningsplanen. Så att gå av plan för avsmalnande är som att gå av plan för ytterligare ett avgörande element i träning (som löpare är mindre benägna att göra).
Du vill dyka upp för tävlingskänslan och upphetsad! Avsmalnande kan hjälpa dig att vila och vara beredd att verkligen gunga 13,1 mil. Men avsmalnande ser annorlunda ut för olika löpare / planer. Gör vad som är finaste för dig, din kropp och dina mål.
